Fashion Week Daily broke the news yesterday that Gryson will be the next accessories designer to do a capsule collection for Target's Go International. The collection will launch in 2008 and is being previewed to long lead press (read: fashion editors at major magazines) in two weeks.
Personally, I find the majority of these designer collaborations to be sorely disappointing in person...cuts, fabrics and special details make designer clothing and accessories worth the indulgence. And unfortunately, those are the three easiest ways to cut expenses when manufacturing.
