Just one tiny portion of Uniqlo's cashmere wall.I've been a big advocate for Uniqlo since their NYC flagship opened in November 2006. Today, a couple of friends and I stopped by the SoHo store and were absolutely mesmerized by the cashmere wall. As you can see above, cashmere sweaters are arranged by color and available in a huge variety of shades, starting at just $69.50.
Uniqlo also excels in the denim arena. While sizes run painfully small (yes, literally), the skinny and wide legs are perfectly on trend and made of quality Japanese denim (which is among the best in the world.) Prices on denim start at just $39.50.
For those not in the NYC area, keep the faith. Uniqlo plans a rapid expansion in major US cities.
