I'm also digging this Ruffle Neck Cardigan. Glam.com sent me one of these to check out in person before it hit stores and while it's reminiscent of one of my favorite cardigans from J.Crew, the $20 price tag at ON is too good to pass up for such a cute, versatile piece.
