“The inspiration for Miley’s look was rocker chic. We wanted to have her makeup soft to play against her edgy dress. On her inner eyelids, I applied mark I-Sheer Hook Up Creamy Eye Shadow in Glacee. I then smudged a thin line of On the Edge Hook Up Liquid Eyeliner in Cleo with I-Mark Custom Pick Eyeshadow in Corset along the lashline. To finish, I coated her eyelashes with two coats of Make It Big Lash Plumping Mascara in Raven.”
