The one and only Crazy French designer Thierry Mugler tends to create scents that DIVIDE and CONQUER the world, i.e. the iconic, best-selling Angel, which inspires me to flee rooms at neck-breaking speed on the regular. But, hey, that's me. I know too many several women that wear Angel and ONLY Angel; you'd think that there was a legal contract binding them.
So, I had my doubts when I encountered WOMANITY - Mugler's latest fragrance creation. But this sweet and savory scent is unique in the world of fragrance - full of contrast (like a woman herself), warm, rich, and infused with a sexy saltiness.
WOMANITY is built around the central theme of the fig, a powerful symbol of femininity; and the overriding theme is a harmonious fig and caviar accord that inspires curiosity in passersby. I hear "What's that scent?" every time I wear WOMANITY and though I know many other beauty bloggers that are loving the scent (see reviews by This That Beauty, Fashion, Love and Martinis, and Product Pasha for confirmation), it smells beautifully different on each of us, making it worth the investment.
