Maybelline New York is offering FREE “New York Minute” makeovers for women during their lunch hours today and tomorrow at the Bon Appetit Café and Supper Club (an exclusive two-week only pop-up restaurant in the heart of NYC). Two expert makeup artists will be on-hand to provide free tips and touch-ups highlighting a different feature or look each day – from eyes that pop to lip color that lasts. The artists will show women simple steps and tips for enhancing their look and making it last - in as little as one minute - as well as how to choose the right products for their skin tone. I have to admit, it was a pretty craptastic event - I stood in line, an unenthusiastic makeup artist put some lipstick on me, I grabbed a longwearing color out of a bowl and I was on my way. No tips, not even a smile.
