Getting Intimate: Journelle Atelier

While Journelle is among my favorite little jewel box shops in the city, sometimes an intimate shopping occasion calls for something a little more...well...intimate. Enter Journelle Atelier, a chic and comfortable reprieve now tucked quietly, unassumingly in a Flatiron office building (also home to Journelle's corp offices). By appointment only, the Atelier offers more advanced personal shopping services, custom fittings (how perfect for a bridal trousseau, yes?) and a perfectly curated collection of luxurious underpinnings and chic sleep accessories from some of my favorite brands, including Chantelle and Stella McCartney. 

Relax with tea or, better yet, champagne while you shop and feel free to let it loosen your inhibitions - you won't regret anything you indulge in here.
